Job Title: System Engineer
Status: Full time - UK Time Zone
Salary Package: Market related salary + commission package negotiable based on experience

Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Completing Firewall, WiFi, Network and general IT Configuration, Health Checks and other professional services for customers as required.
- Discovery calls with customers and creation of Scope of Works documents
- Documentation of Post Install/Configuration Works
- Completing certifications and learning material as needed by Virtual Graffiti offices and maintaining database recording relevant information.
- Enabling and supporting the VG sales teams and customers to sell VG professional services, including participating in developing Professional Services related marketing plans and marketing material.
- Work may also include holding training sessions for VG customers in conjunction with VG's distributors and/or vendors.
- Pre-sales support to VG sales teams and customers, including scoping and creating bills of material and system designs for customers as required.
- Collaborating with SE teams at VG's Vendors and Distributors.
- Sharing knowledge and collaborating with other VG SEs as the team grows.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in key vendors: Fortinet, Ruckus Wireless, SonicWall, Sophos, Peplink, WatchGuard, Cisco/Cisco Meraki
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
Job Title: Business Development/Sales Executive

Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls and emails from customers
- Offering pre sales technical advice to customers
- Generating quotes, purchase orders and invoices
- Undertaking ongoing supplier product training
- Obtaining product certifications as required in order to maintain and improve product knowledge
- Meeting with suppliers and customers as required
- Developing new business opportunities with existing customers (cross selling and renewals), new customers and new vendors
- Generating leads from vendors and distributors
Skills and experience:
- Experience in the UK IT Channel is preferred, although not required
- Experience using MS Outlook, word and excel
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
